Editorial Policy
This document explains how content is created, reviewed, and published on ZProStudio — and how we handle corrections, commercial relationships, and contributor disclosures.
Our Editorial Mission
ZProStudio is an independent tech publication covering Android, apps, gadgets, SaaS tools, digital marketing, and digital strategy. Our editorial mission is to publish content that is accurate, practical, and written by named contributors with real experience in what they are covering.
We do not publish content to fill a schedule. We publish when a topic has genuine reader value and when the person writing it is qualified to write it.
In plain terms: if you read something on ZProStudio, a named person with disclosed credentials wrote it, an editor reviewed it before it went live, and we will correct it if it turns out to be wrong.
What We Cover
ZProStudio publishes across five editorial verticals. All content must fall within one of these areas to be considered for publication.
- ✓ Apps and Software — Android apps, iOS apps, PC software, web tools, and app reviews
- ✓ Gadgets and Devices — smartphones, laptops, wearables, smart home, and accessories
- ✓ Tech News — AI developments, cybersecurity, product launches, and industry updates
- ✓ SaaS and Digital Strategy — SaaS tools, digital marketing, SEO, and business growth
- ✓ Guides and Tutorials — how-to guides, troubleshooting, and practical tech walkthroughs
Topics outside these verticals are not accepted for publication, regardless of content quality or commercial arrangement.
Who Writes for ZProStudio
Staff Writers
ZProStudio's core editorial team currently consists of three named writers — Mathi Harper (Lead Writer and Editor, SaaS and tech), Gomathi (SEO and digital marketing), and Keerthika Kabil (tech guides and app reviews). Full credentials and backgrounds are published on the About Our Writers page.
Guest Contributors
ZProStudio accepts editorial contributions from qualified professionals in our topic verticals. All guest contributors must meet the following requirements before their content is considered:
- ✓ Verifiable professional credentials or a demonstrable track record in the topic they are writing about
- ✓ Disclosure of any commercial interests relevant to the article topic
- ✓ Original content not published or syndicated elsewhere
- ✓ Acceptance of editorial review and revisions without condition
- ✓ A real name and professional bio published alongside the article
Anonymous contributions are not accepted under any circumstances. If a contributor cannot be publicly identified, the article is not published.
Sponsored Contributors
Brands and businesses may pay to publish content on ZProStudio. Paid placements are subject to the same editorial review as contributed content and are clearly labelled as sponsored. See the Commercial Disclosure section below for full details.
Content Review Process
Every article published on ZProStudio — whether staff-written, contributor-submitted, or sponsored — goes through the following review process before publication.
- 1
Topic and Angle Review
The proposed topic, angle, and intended audience are reviewed. We check whether the article adds genuine value, avoids duplicating existing content on the site, and fits within our editorial verticals.
- 2
Draft Submission
A full draft is submitted by the writer or contributor. Guest contributors submit their independently written version. Sponsored contributors submit their content for review before any publication commitment is made.
- 3
Factual Verification
All factual claims are checked against primary sources — platform documentation, original research, published studies, or direct testing. Statistics must be traceable to their original source. Claims that cannot be sourced or verified are removed or flagged for revision.
- 4
Editorial Review
The editorial team reviews for accuracy, clarity, structure, and tone. Commercial bias in non-sponsored content is identified and addressed. Content that reads as promotional without disclosure is returned for revision or rejected.
- 5
Technical and SEO Review
We review for appropriate internal linking, structured formatting, image alt text, and schema markup where applicable. This is done without compromising readability or accuracy for the sake of search optimisation.
- 6
Publication
Content is published with a visible publish date, named author byline, linked author profile, and all required disclosures. Sponsored content carries a clear sponsored label at the top of the article.
Corrections and Updates Policy
ZProStudio takes factual accuracy seriously. When errors are identified — whether by our team, a reader, or a contributor — we correct them promptly and transparently.
🔧 Minor Corrections
Typographical errors, broken links, and formatting issues are corrected without a formal notice. These do not change the substance of the article.
⚠️ Factual Corrections
Factual errors are corrected with a visible correction note at the top of the article stating what was corrected and when. The original incorrect text is not hidden.
📅 Content Updates
When an article becomes outdated due to industry changes, it is updated with a visible "Last Updated" date. Significant changes are noted within the article.
🚨 Significant Errors
If an article contains a significant factual error that affects its core claims, the article may be temporarily unpublished while corrections are made.
To report an error, use the contact page and include the article URL and a clear description of what you believe is incorrect. We review every report and respond where appropriate.
Commercial Relationships and Disclosure
ZProStudio generates revenue through sponsored content placements, affiliate partnerships, and editorial contributions from businesses. Our policy on commercial relationships is straightforward and non-negotiable.
Sponsored Content
Disclosure requirement: Every article that involves a commercial arrangement is labelled "Sponsored" clearly at the top of the article, visible to all readers before they read the content. This label cannot be removed or modified at a sponsor's request.
- ✓ Sponsored content is labelled clearly before the reader reaches the article body
- ✓ Sponsored content goes through the same editorial review as non-sponsored content
- ✓ Sponsors may not request removal of factual corrections made to their sponsored article
- ✓ Payment for a sponsored placement does not influence our independent editorial coverage of a brand or its competitors
Affiliate Relationships
Some articles on ZProStudio contain affiliate links — links that may earn us a commission if a reader makes a purchase. Articles containing affiliate links include a disclosure statement. Affiliate relationships do not influence which products we recommend or how we evaluate them.
What We Do Not Do
- ✕ Publish positive reviews or editorial endorsements in exchange for payment
- ✕ Remove sponsored labels from paid placements at a brand's request
- ✕ Allow commercial relationships to influence our independent editorial content
- ✕ Accept undisclosed sponsorships of any kind
AI and Technology in Our Editorial Process
ZProStudio may use AI-assisted tools to support research, generate structural outlines, or test headline options. These are tools used by human writers and editors — not a replacement for them.
Our position: No article is published as AI-generated content. Every published piece is written, reviewed, and approved by a named human writer or editor. Editorial responsibility is not delegated to automated systems at any stage of the publication process.
Guest contributors and sponsored content submitters are required to disclose if AI tools were used in drafting their submission. AI-drafted content submitted without human editorial rewrite is rejected.
Report an Error or Policy Concern

We review every report. Where a correction or update is warranted, we act on it promptly. Where we disagree with the reported concern, we will explain our reasoning.
