Who We're Looking For

ZProStudio accepts contributions from developers, engineers, marketers, cybersecurity professionals, SaaS practitioners, and tech enthusiasts who have genuine, hands-on experience with the topics they write about. We value real expertise over writing credentials — our editorial team handles the polish.

You don't need to be a professional writer. You need to know your topic deeply enough that a reader walks away with something actionable they couldn't have found in a generic Google search.

Topics We Cover

We accept contributions across these five editorial verticals. If your idea doesn't fit neatly into one, pitch it anyway — we're always expanding.

Content Requirements

Every submission must meet the following standards. Articles that don't meet these requirements will be returned for revision or declined.

Requirement Details
Originality 100% original. Not published, submitted, or pending anywhere else. We run every submission through plagiarism detection.
Word Count Minimum 1,200 words. Comprehensive guides can go up to 3,000 words. Quality and depth matter more than hitting a number.
Structure Clear H2/H3 heading hierarchy. Short paragraphs (2–4 sentences). Bullet points or numbered lists for steps and comparisons.
Accuracy Every factual claim must be accurate and current. Include sources in parentheses for statistics and data points.
Writing Quality Clear, conversational English. Grade 8–10 readability. No keyword stuffing, no AI-generated filler, no fluff paragraphs.
Images Include 2–4 relevant images (screenshots, diagrams, or photos). Must be original or properly licensed. No copyrighted material.
Author Bio Submit a 40–80 word bio with your name, title/expertise, and optionally a link to your LinkedIn or personal website.
File Format Google Docs (preferred) or Microsoft Word (.docx). No PDFs, no plain text emails, no HTML files.

What We Don't Accept

  • Content that has been published on other websites or blogs (including Medium, LinkedIn articles, etc.)
  • Promotional articles disguised as how-to guides or reviews
  • AI-generated content without substantial human rewriting and original insight
  • Articles under 1,200 words that lack sufficient depth to be genuinely useful
  • Content outside our editorial verticals (gambling, adult, pharmaceutical, cryptocurrency speculation)
  • Submissions without a real author name and verifiable credentials

How the Process Works

From pitch to publication, here's what to expect:

1

Submit Your Idea

Use our topic proposal form with your name, email, topic, and a brief note on your expertise.

2

Topic Approval

We review every proposal within 48 hours. If approved, we'll confirm the topic and share any specific guidance.

3

Write & Submit

Write your article following these guidelines and submit via Google Docs or Word. Include images and your author bio.

4

Review & Publish

Our editors review for accuracy, clarity, and formatting. Published within 3–5 business days with your full byline.

Tip: Submit a topic proposal before writing the full article. This saves you time by confirming the topic is a fit before you invest hours writing. We decline about 40% of proposals — usually because the topic overlaps with existing content.

Formatting Guidelines

Follow these formatting rules to speed up the editorial process. Articles that arrive properly formatted are published faster.

  • Title: Clear, specific, and under 65 characters. Include the primary topic. Avoid clickbait or vague headlines.
  • Introduction: 60–100 words. State what the reader will learn and why it matters. Hook them in the first sentence.
  • Headings: Use H2 for main sections, H3 for subsections. Every H2 should start with a direct answer to the question the heading implies.
  • Paragraphs: 2–4 sentences maximum. Break long paragraphs into shorter ones. One idea per paragraph.
  • Lists: Use bullet points for features, comparisons, and summaries. Use numbered lists for sequential steps.
  • Links: Include 2–3 relevant references to authoritative sources. Link to official documentation, research, or established publications.
  • Conclusion: 60–80 words. Summarize 2–3 key takeaways. End with a specific, actionable recommendation.

What Contributors Receive

When your article is published on ZProStudio, you receive:

  • Professional author profile. A dedicated page with your name, photo, bio, credentials, and links to your social profiles or website.
  • Exposure to 48,000+ monthly readers. Your article reaches a tech-focused audience across organic search, social media, and direct traffic.
  • Full editorial support. Our team reviews, formats, adds images, implements schema markup, and optimizes every article before publication.
  • Permanent publication. Your article stays live indefinitely. No takedowns, no expiration dates, no paywall.
  • Author attribution. Every article displays your full name, bio, and profile link both at the top (byline) and bottom (author box) of the page.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. We only accept original content that has not been published anywhere else, including your personal blog, Medium, LinkedIn, or any other platform. If you want to cover a similar topic, write a new article with a different angle, additional depth, or updated information.
We respond to topic proposals within 48 hours. Once you submit a finished article, editorial review takes 2–3 business days. Publication follows within 3–5 business days of approval. Rush timelines may be available for time-sensitive content — ask when submitting.
You need genuine, hands-on experience with your topic — not necessarily formal credentials. A developer who has solved a specific Android performance problem has more valuable expertise than a journalist who researched the topic for an hour. We care about real knowledge, not titles.
Yes. Our editorial team reviews every submission for accuracy, clarity, structure, and readability. We may restructure sections, tighten language, add internal links, and format for web. Substantial changes are discussed with you before publication. Minor edits (grammar, formatting) are made directly.
Your author bio may include a link to your website, LinkedIn, or portfolio. Within the article body, links must be editorially relevant — they should add genuine value for the reader, not serve as promotional placements. Our editorial team reviews all in-article references for relevance and quality.
Absolutely. Many of our best contributors are repeat authors. After your first article is published, you can propose additional topics at any time. Returning contributors with a track record of quality often get faster approval and priority scheduling.
We decline submissions that don't meet our quality standards or cover topics already well-addressed on ZProStudio. If your article is declined, we'll tell you why and whether revisions could make it publishable. We don't ghost contributors — you'll always get a clear response.

Ready to contribute? Don't start writing without approval. Submit a topic proposal first — it takes 2 minutes and saves you hours if the topic needs adjustment.
